What are the ingredients?
Our bars are made with 12 or fewer real food ingredients, nothing artificial. We use grass-fed milk protein from family farms in Ireland’s County Kerry, plus mineral-rich Irish Atlantic sea salt. Each product page shows the full ingredient list for that flavor.

Are All Real products suitable for vegans?
At the moment, our products are only suitable for vegetarians.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

How long will my order take?
We do our best to process in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-6 business days. When your order is on the way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How does the subscription service work?
Find your favourite All Real products and select 'Subscribe & Save' to get started. You can select to replenish your order every 2,4 or 6 weeks. You can always pause, edit or cancel at any time and will only be charged when your order is processed.

Can I return my order if there’s a problem?
We will replace or refund any defective items. If you need to return your order for any other reason, please send it back to us in the original, unopened packaging.
